RULES, REGULATIONS, and AGREEMENT FORM FOR THE USE OF SAMALAYUCA RECREATION AND POOL AREA
The following rules apply for party reservations and use by members of the Association and their guests.
REMEMBER! There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Therefore the use of the pool and facilities is at your own risk. PLEASE supervise children accordingly!
Any suspicious behavior in Area A please call the Sheriff’s Dept at (520)351-6311
Rules:
1. An adult, age 18 or older, must accompany any child under the age of 12 in the pool area.
2. Pool gates will remain closed at all times. SAVE A LIFE.
3. No glass, animals or bicycles will be allowed in the pool enclosed area.
4. Pool furniture will remain inside pool enclosure.
5. No running, pushing or other rough activity in the pool area.
6. Parking to be on the dirt/gravel area only, with no parking on the basketball court or areas with vegetation. No bicycles on tennis courts.
7. No music after 10 p.m.
Regulations:
8. “Area A” may be reserved by any family member in “good standing”. This means the member must be current in all payments due to the Association.
9. No reservations are allowed on Sundays or federal Holidays so area is open for community use.
10. One reservation per day, unless preapproved by reservationist or Board.
11. Large functions of 50 or more people require prior approval by the Board and requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event to allow for Board consideration. Reservations for smaller events must be made 2 weeks in advance of the event. The host will post the notice of reservation in the clubhouse prior to the function. Your name and phone number is to be prominently displayed. The reservationist will post your event to the website calendar.
12. Specify which “part” of Area A is to be reserved: (a.) All; (b.) Pool/Clubhouse only; (c.) Pool/Clubhouse & Grass. Residents not invited to the private function may not use the specified area during the reservation period.
13. If you need extra pool keys, contact the reservationist. The pool keys are to be returned at the end of the function or a $25 fee will be imposed.
14. I, as host, will be in attendance at the function.
15. As a condition of the use of the area, the bathrooms, clubhouse, and any other clean-up will be completed by noon the following day. Pool furniture to be put back in place, garbage cans placed for pick-up outside north gate and brought back after collection occurred. Tables cleaned & chairs restacked. Replace tissue and soap in both bathrooms as needed. Extra supplies in cupboard inside west bathroom area. Have a plan for cleaning the area!
16. Any damages that occur as a result of the event will be the host’s responsibility to repair or replace. Avoid staples with decorations.
17. Clubhouse windows & sliding doors, pool gates, tennis court gates, bathrooms (window & doors) as well as exterior park gates to be confirmed as locked at the end of the event.
*In order to reserve any of the common areas you must adhere to these guidelines - by registering/requesting a reservation, on the form below, you are acknowledging these guidelines and adhering to them.
When making your reservation make sure to include your name, the date and time of your event and any questions you may have about reserving the common areas.
Once your reservation has posted, please remember to place a notice in the clubhouse to inform your neighbors one week before your event.
